How much can I earn?+

You set your hourly rate per detail. Officers on the platform commonly run $65–$125/hr depending on market, detail type, and tier. Lead-officer roles and executive protection earn premiums.

How fast do I get paid?+

Payouts run on a regular schedule once a shift is approved. No invoicing, no chasing — funds hit the account you connect during onboarding.

Do I have to commit to a schedule?+

No. Browse open details and accept what fits your life. If you want predictability, take a recurring contract. If you want full flexibility, pick shifts week to week.

What if I'm retired — am I eligible?+

Yes. Retired LEO are a core part of the roster. We verify your LEOSA / HR-218 qualifications and retired-officer ID; you skip the active-duty document requirements.

Do I need my own insurance?+

No. Bluclock provides per-job coverage for the work you do through the platform, and a Certificate of Insurance is generated automatically for the client.

Who are the clients?+

Vetted businesses and individuals — hospitality groups, event producers, corporate ops teams, pro sports orgs, and private clients. We verify clients too. You're never sent into the unknown.

Can I bring my own client to the platform?+

Yes. If you have a standing client or recurring detail, you can run it through Bluclock and get the same scheduling, check-in, COI, and payout infrastructure.
